Presentation Formats
Each oral presentation will have approximately 15–20 minutes, including Q&A. Please refer to the Presentation Guidelines page for technical details.
The poster session will take place in a dedicated gallery space where authors can discuss their work with small groups of delegates.
Presentation certificates will be distributed at the end of the sessions on Day 3, or emailed afterwards for those who depart early.

Program Notifications
The preliminary session allocation and a detailed version of the program will be sent by email to all registered participants by early August 2026.
Small schedule adjustments may occur; the final printed program distributed at the venue is definitive.
