Presentation Guidelines – ICCESS 2026
We look forward to welcoming you in Tokyo. To ensure a productive and well-organized conference, all presenters are requested to adhere to the following guidelines. ICCESS 2026 offers two main modes of presentation: Oral Presentation and Poster Presentation.

Oral Presentation
Each oral presenter is allocated approximately 10–15 minutes, including time for Q&A. Please plan your talk for 10–12 minutes and leave 3–5 minutes for discussion.
Presentation slides should be prepared in English, using a standard 16:9 or 4:3 format. We recommend using Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF.
Presenters are required to upload their slides to the session laptop at least 30 minutes before the start of their session. A technical assistant will be available to help.
Please bring a backup copy of your presentation on a USB flash drive.
Session chairs will keep strict time limits; we kindly ask all presenters to respect the schedule.

Poster Presentation
Poster presenters will be allocated a dedicated space and time slot within the poster session program.
The recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm, portrait orientation). Your poster should concisely convey the research background, objectives, methods, key results, and conclusions.
All text and graphics should be legible from a distance of at least 1.5 meters. Use clear headings, bullet points, and visual elements to enhance readability.
Presenters are expected to stand next to their posters during the assigned session to engage with delegates and answer questions.
Materials for mounting the posters (tape, pins) will be provided on site.
ICCESS 2026
General Notes for Presenters
At least one author of each accepted paper or abstract must register and pay the conference fee by the stated deadline to secure inclusion in the program and proceedings.
Presentation certificates will be issued to all presenters who complete their scheduled presentation.
Detailed instructions regarding session rooms, poster boards, and the final program will be circulated by email and posted on the conference website before the event.
